Chief Excitement Officer
Hi, I’m Paula Wyatt—and I wake up every day excited about my life. As Chief Excitement Officer I focus on creating energy where it matters most. Since founding Anything is Posh Able® in 2008, my passion has always been about bringing people together and helping great ideas move. As a Communications Consultant and Event Strategist, I partner with for profit and nonprofit organizations to translate vision into experiences that inspire action. I’m an AI-forward, experience-led strategist, fluent in today’s tools and grounded in the unique value of human judgment. I actively deepen my practice in applied and ethical AI across marketing, organizational, and nonprofit work.

Working across industries from healthcare and construction to the arts, sports, hospitality, finance, and nonprofit—has trained me to stay steady, respond quickly, and remain open as conditions shift. I credit that perspective to my time with SAK Comedy Lab’s Improv program (yes, terrifying). Improv is also what inspired me to to creating An Empowering Night of Laughter, an all-female stand-up comedy experience that invites women to stretch beyond their comfort zones through humor and courage. Improv strengthened my ability to think on my feet, hold calm in motion, and keep learning as I go—qualities (I am told) I bring into my projects and partnerships.
I believe deeply in showing up for the community. That’s why I founded Posh Abilities, a giving brand that offers complimentary event planning and communication strategy to local nonprofits doing crucial work in the Central Florida community. I enthusiastically contribute time and energy to some of Orlando’s most iconic events, including FusionFest, a two-day multicultural celebration that showcases the diverse people and cultures of Central Florida through talent, storytelling, innovation, and community-building. And the Cure Bowl, an NCAA college football bowl game that raises funds for cancer research and brings national attention to Orlando.
I’m proud to serve on initiatives that shape our region, including the City of Orlando Nominating Board, which helps identify civic leaders for local boards and commissions, and the Orange County Citizens Review Panel, which evaluates funding proposals from nonprofits serving our most vulnerable residents - as part of Orange County Citizens' Commission for Children. A highlight for me in in 2024, was completing the inaugural Orange County Mayor’s Citizen Academy, gaining a deeper understanding of how local government systems work together to create meaningful change.

May I have one award name drop? Just one? In 2022, I was thrilled to be named one of Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year. What stayed with me most wasn’t the spotlight (or the bad hair day during the photo shoot), but a line they wrote about me: “…important people trust her.” That sentence captured something I’d unknowingly been striving for all along—to show up with integrity, deliver with intention, and earn the trust of people and organizations that inspire me. Central Florida is my home and my inspiration, and in my experience I’ve found that Anything is Posh Able®.
