Chief Excitement Officer

Hi, I'm Paula Wyatt and I wake up every day excited about my life! I’ve built a life I love in the heart of Central Florida—where creating energy and connection isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. As Chief Excitement Officer of Anything is Posh Able®—and in my roles as a Communications Consultant and an Event Strategist for some of Central Florida’s most impactful organizations—I work across industries including nonprofit, government, healthcare, construction, arts, sports, tourism, and more, crafting communication strategies, curating partnerships, and producing unforgettable events and experiences.

Since founding Anything is Posh Able® in 2008,  my mission has been to energize bold ideas and connect the people who can bring them to life. I'm a SAK Improv Comedy Lab alum (yes, terrifying), and that experience didn’t just teach me to perform—it taught me to think on my feet, expect the unexpected, and listen like it matters. Those principles of improv became core values I carry into every project and partnership. Bringing people together and navigating the moment with creativity aren’t just skills they’re how I move through the world. That same spirit inspired  The Ten Interesting People Lunch (TIP Lunch) a quarterly gathering I started in 2014 to spark meaningful conversations and unlikely collaborations among Central Florida’s most dynamic minds.

I believe deeply in showing up for the community. That’s why I founded Posh Abilities, a nonprofit that offers complimentary event planning and communication strategy to local nonprofits doing crucial work in the Central Florida community. I enthusiastically contribute time and energy to some of Orlando’s most iconic events, including FusionFest, a two-day multicultural celebration that showcases the diverse people and cultures of Central Florida through talent, storytelling, innovation, and community-building. And the Cure Bowl, an NCAA college football bowl game that raises funds for cancer research and brings national attention to Orlando.

I’m proud to serve on initiatives that shape our region, including the City of Orlando Nominating Board, which helps identify civic leaders for local boards and commissions, and the Orange County Citizens Review Panel, which evaluates funding proposals from nonprofits serving our most vulnerable residents - as part of Orange County Citizens' Commission for Children.  A highlight for me in in 2024, was when I completed the inaugural Orange County Mayor’s Citizen Academy, gaining a deeper understanding of how local government systems work together to create meaningful change.

One of my proudest platforms is An Empowering Night of Laughter—an all-female stand-up show inspired by my belief in the power of stepping outside your comfort zone. I grew up with a professional comedian as a father and have performed stand-up myself, so I know firsthand how humor can disarm fear, unlock truth, and build confidence. What started as a love for the stage evolved into a mission: to create a space where women use laughter as a launchpad to step into their boldest, bravest selves.

May I have one award name drop? Just one? In 2022, I was honored to be named one of Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year. What stayed with me most wasn’t the spotlight (or that I was having a really bad hair day for the photo shoot), but a simple line they published about me that  “...important people trust her.” That quote captured something I’d  unknowingly been striving for - to be someone who shows up with integrity, delivers with intention, and earns the trust of people doing meaningful work. â€‹Central Florida is my home and my inspiration. I’m here to bring people together, stay open to the unexpected, and build energy around what matters. And in my personal experience, I have found that Anything is Posh Able®.
