
Paula Wyatt is a native Floridian, passionate about Orlando. Living up to her title as Chief Excitement Officer at Anything is Posh Able, she runs a boutique Image Building and Event Strategy firm. She is the founder of a nonprofit organization called Posh Abilities, providing free event planning and image building services to Central Florida nonprofit organizations. Working alongside some of Central Florida's most admired brands and nonprofit organizations, Paula has been building excitement in Central Florida since Valentine's Day 2008.
Popular on the Central Florida social media scene as Posh Able Paula, she is the energy behind the popular "Ten Interesting People (TIP) Lunch" concept bringing together Orlando's most interesting people. And the creator of Orlando's favorite annual all-female comedy show - An Empowering Night of Laughter - encouraging women to "get out of their comfort zones." Orlando Magazine called her "a leader who helps keep our community strong" when she was honored as as one of Orlando's Women of the Year, 2022. She shares innovative ideas and helpful hints on communications, marketing, fundraising, and event planning via POSH University. She was a featured columnist for Orlando Life Magazine (People and Places with Paula). She can also be seen in the Orlando Business Journal, Orlando Style Magazine, Orlando Magazine, Orange Appeal, Orlando Sentinel, Biz Bash, FOX35, and CFN13.
Paula enthusiastically serves in a number of leadership and advisory roles in the Central Florida community. She organizes media engagement and serves as Fashion Curator at FusionFest - Orlando's Thanksgiving Weekend Tradition. She is the long-time Executive Director of the annual Cure Cup held at Isleworth Golf & Country Club and Lake Nona Golf and Country Club. She produces the annual March 2Cure parade and festival held on Church Street in downtown Orlando, which precedes the Cure Bowl. Speaking of Cure Bowl, she was producer of the 2017 AutoNation Cure Bowl broadcast Live on CBS Sports.
Under the inspiration of the Posh Community Advisory Panel, Paula selects which community projects to support each year, through her nonprofit - Posh Abilities. She enjoys connecting and sharing insights about events, marketing, and public relations via Posh University and has served as a guest lecturer at UCF School of Business, Full Sail University, UCF Rosen School of Hospitality Management, and Rollins College of Women's Studies. Her numerous speaking engagements have included groups such as PRSA Orlando (Public Relations Society of America), NACE (National Association of Catering and Events), and CFHLA (Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association).
Prior to founding Anything is Posh Able in 2008, Paula led corporate marketing efforts for Bright House Networks (a Time Warner Company) where she served as an integration point between marketing, public relations, and operations. She led strategic partnerships and alliances with television networks in supporting their brands in the Orlando market among them: HBO, Showtime, The Disney Channel, Discovery Channel, Food Network, Playboy Network, and National Geographic Channel. She also integrated with event promoters to execute live nationally televised Pay-Per-View events such as WWE and championship boxing events. She managed a full calendar of Bright House Central Florida festivals, parades, sponsorships, and event marketing concepts.
She was a finalist in the Biz Bash Reader's Choice Award for Event Planner of the Year. She was nominated for Orlando's 40 Under 40, Women to Watch, Women Who Mean Business, as well as the Girl Scout's Women of Distinction Award.
On a personal note, Paula wore the title of Ms. Windermere as a contestant in the 2012 Ms. Corporate America Pageant and is a comical alumna of SAK University - IMPROV Lab. She loves to travel, pending a trip to Antarctica will have visited every continent. Paula has a really cool son, Brock and a really big dog, Ruby.
