Thank you for your partnership to support cancer research in Central Florida as part of The 10th Annual Cure Bowl on December 20, 2024 at Camping World Stadium. Welcome to the Fan Fest and March 2Cure Partnership Portal - offering the full scoop on all the exciting details for the day. Here is all you need to do:
1 - Submit Your FAN FEST Registration - Receive a Welcome Email Confirming Space Assignment
2 - Provide a COI listing as an additional insured City of Orlando (400 South Orange Avenue Orlando, Florida 32801) - Email to Paula@AnythingisPoshAble.com
3 - View Digital Call Sheet for Placement and Current Information
4 - If you are attending the Cure Bowl - after Fan Fest - Click here to view prohibited items policy.

Call Sheet - Fan Fest Activations
What: Fan Fest (the pre-game experience for the 2024 Cure Bowl.
When: December 20, 2024 (Fan Fest is Free Public Event 8am - 12pm)
Game Day LOAD IN: 5:30am 7:30am on Dec 20. Enter through West Gate off Tampa Avenue - join us on Tinker Field to install and deliver items. All cars must be moved by 7:30am
Where: Tinker Field at Camping World Stadium
Parking: If you are staying for Fan Fest, we have a small amount of vendor parking available. If you would like to request a pass - need first and last name of the driver of the car. The parking management company will not be authorized to let anyone in, unless they are on the list. If you are confirmed for Parking - see map below and enter from the WEST ENTRY GATE off TAMPA AVENUE.
Electric: We have limited access for electric in spaces 24-37 and these orders have been placed. If you are a vendor who has been approved for power BRING a 50 FOOT EXTENSION CORD to plug into the generator.
Early Load In: December 19 (Pre Scheduled ONLY) -Enter through West Gate off Tampa Avenue - join us on Tinker Field to install and deliver items.

What: The March 2Cure (Parade Preceding the Cure Bowl
Where: Camping World Stadium (Exterior) Corner of Church Street and Rio Grande
When: December 20, 2024
Staging: Report to Parade Director - See Assigned Positions Above
Parade: It's a short route starting at 11am and ending about 11:10 at Tinker Field.
Parking: Use any of the Camping World Stadium paid lots for game access. There is not assigned parking for March 2Cure.
