Thank you for being a Sponsor or Exhibitor for The 42nd Annual AIIMSONIANS of America (AOA) Convention - you are in the right place! Below we've collected all the information you'll need to be successful with your paid activation. Exhibits are 7am to 4pm - in Palms 1 on 8/1 and 8/2.
About the Venue
Getting There: Caribe Royale Resort is located at 8101 World Center Drive -- Orlando, Florida 32821 (407) 238-8000 -- The Convention Center is located behind the hotel. See Map.
Entrance: Self Parking. Take a Ticket. Park near conventions center. DO NOT ENTER THROUGH HOTEL. See map for Convention Center (behind the hotel) and for closest parking to your entrance. Once you enter follows signs to your designated Ballroom. We will give you a validation card when you exit, insert YOUR TICKET and then the validation card.
WIFI: There is no contracted WIFI for this event. If you are staying at the hotel as quest, they will give you a pass. Or you can Purchase a WIFI Day Pass from the venue.
Shipping and Receiving: Reminder that AOA is not coordinating shipping and receiving. To coordinate, here the information for FEDEX office located and venue. To note their hours of operation are typically business hours so for a weekend event, plan accordingly.

Exhibitor Call Sheet
Arrival and Parking: About the venue
Exhibit Times: 7am to 4pm on 8/1 and 8/2 in Palms 1
Load In: Early access is 7/31 between 5pm and 7pm. Then on 8/1 the room is open at 6am to receive attendees at 7am. You may leave your items overnight. Strike is complete on by 5pm on 8/2. With just your table to set up, we suggest entering through the main lobby. Bellman available. The loading dock is an option but you would need to scheudle prior to 7/28 at 5pm. Email us.
Meals: All $2,500 Exhbitors receive access (for two) to both breakfast and lunch. Badges provided when you check in.
Sponsor Access: If your sponsorhsip level was $5K, you also reacive two passes to Friday Night Fiests. We will place tickets in the name of the person who suvmitted the order (plus one). If you wish to transfer ownereship of your tickets, no problem - email us.
Exhibition Space: Exhibitions are located in Palms Ballroom I. Exhibitors are provided a six-foot table, with linen, no electric. Table placements, located around the perimeter of the room, are not pre assigned, you may select your table placement upon arrival.
Logos: The deadline was 7/20 to be included in Print executions. We can still place your logo on digital signage if recieved by noon on July 29. Email in JPG or PNG.
Name Tags: Please WEAR YOUR company BRANDED name tag so attendees cane easily identify you. Your conference badge won't have your name on it.

The 42nd Annual AIIMSONIANS of America (AOA) Convention will bring together over 250 distinguished physician members from July 31–August 3, 2025, at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida.
