Vendor Green Room:  Palms 2  Behind the pipe and drape

Vendor Meals: Provided for vendors onsite during meal times. From the buffet at pre-designated times and enjoyed in green room.​

Venue

About the Venue

Getting There:  Caribe Royale Resort is located at 8101 World Center Drive -- Orlando, Florida 32821 (407) 238-8000 -- The Convention Center is located behind the hotel. Look for "Convention Center Parking".
​​

Entrance:  Self Parking. Take a Ticket. Park near conventions center. DO NOT ENTER THROUGH HOTEL. See map for Convention Center (behind the hotel) and for closest parking to your entrance. Once you enter follows signs to your designated Ballroom. We will give you a validation card when you exit, insert YOUR TICKET and then the validation card.

​​​WIFI: There is no contracted WIFI for this event. If you are staying at the hotel as quest, they will give you a pass. Or you can Purchase a WIFI Day Pass from the venue.
